RESPONSIBILITY & OWNERSHIP
"Responsibility is often used in companies and sought after in employees. However, I often refrain from using that word. To me, responsibility can be a highly manipulative phenomenon. If a project proves successful someone can claim responsibility (even if the work and results are due to someone else) and vice versa failure can result in a run away from responsibility - even blaming someone else to be responsible. In other words responsibility is a reactive pattern of action.
Instead I take ownership.
Ownership is a processual behaviour you take before, during and after a project. It's a proactive pattern of action that demands active involvement and personal investment in the work task at hand"

Below is a description of my competencies (social and organisational). Following that comes my work experience, where responsibilities and skills are linked to the various roles I have had over the years. For me, my deep involvement in volunteer organisations throughout my life has played just as significant a role in shaping the person I am and the skills I have learned. After my formal education, you will find a list of responsibilities and skills gained through my many years as a committed person to voluntary work. Finally there is a list of my IT technical skills.

As a person, I am warm and sharing, dedicated and constructive in my approach to work tasks as well as to my colleagues. I am quick to smile and a born optimist. I have a high degree of intercultural communication skills.
I am always oriented towards problem solving and believe that being prepared is important. I have a strong eye for details, which is enhanced by my organisational skills and competencies, supported by my analytical ability and methodical approach to work. I am self-driven and able to quickly absorb new knowledge. However, I also have a great passion for knowledge sharing and coaching my colleagues. I am inclusive and attentive, but still not afraid to share my own opinions. I work well with colleagues at different levels within the company. As a team leader, I always aim to create a team with diverse skills and make sure to complement our weaknesses (including my own) with others' strengths. I work focused and efficiently by ensuring I have the necessary tools to streamline my workflow. This also means that I invest time in preparation before executing tasks.

About Me
With a solution-centered approach, I focus on constructive thinking and teamwork. With strong administrative skills and ability to independently seek information and knowledge I strive to build a strong knowledge sharing culture.
I am well-prepared and adaptable, a quick learner and engage actively with stakeholders - always with a positive mindset and a smile on my face!
"Throughout my life I have always enjoyed taking ownership of various projects that caught my interest. Not just those who came with a salary. I am very value-driven and I need to care about what I am doing - regardless of salary involved. Passion and personal investment are crucial for successful results. Rarely I seek leadership actively, most often it is entrusted in me and I never refrain from meeting the call"
At home, I am a 50-year old family guy, married and father of 2 children. We are an international family in which 4 languages are spoken daily. Our children are simultaneously trilingual.
I find it natural to be in a multi-linguistic and international environment - at work as well as at home.
I have a great interest in history and my academic and analytical skills are matched by my passion for genealogical research. I am also very fond of hiking, not least in the sub-arctic region of northern Sweden. However, the many beautiful nature reserves in Skåne also attracts frequent visits from our family.
I hope that my CV and this introduction have caught your interest. I am very much looking forward to contributing constructively to the positive development of your company and becoming a valued colleague. Don’t hesitate to invite me for a coffee!
